First dive on the Åland trip.
I had arrived to Mariehamn at 4 am, then drove to fishermen's harbour at Korvik where our liveaboar ship Orbiit was moored.
Went to sleep, wakeup at 8 am. Then ORbiit headed out towards the wreck of Helge, where we arrive 3 hours later at 11 am.
I dived in triplet with Antti and Päpsä. Set up my D12 tank that I had prefilled with TMX 21/35, took the Alu7 49% deco stage and 2l suit gas tank, and my Canon 7d with two 4kLm video lights.
We went straight down along the shotline to 47 m, which was nicely dropped to the broken stern part.
Visibility was really bad and we only spend there 10 min, then decided to go up.
There was total darkness below 30m and at 47 m not even slight glow from surface could be seen.
Did gas changes at 21 m and decos according to the worst computer, which was with Antti.
I could have surfaced much quicker than others.
Did not get very good pictures due to bad viz.
