2019-12-09 dive 6, Maaya Thila
We started with the famous Maaya Thila where I had been 10 years ago and remembered it as a fantastic and beautiful place. But we were warned at the briefing that it has deteriorated a lot. Too many dhonis, warming of the water, storms. Unfortunately this turned out to be true. The thila was in a bad condition, lot of dead coral and not that much fish nay more. A big disappointment. After the dive back to boat to wait our night dive with Mantas.
