Seventh Heaven

2019-12-11 dive 11, Seventh Heaven
Wakeup at 5:45, coffee, toast, banana, briefing. Then to dhoni and the morning first dive site was quite close. This was a reef in good condition, lots of healthy colorful corals, lots of fish. With guide Nannu it was me, Annie + Tom, Yolanda + Jeff, Nick did not join. It was a rainy and cloudy morning and the entire day stayed like that. It felt kind of cold, although it really was 29 degrees.
We dropped on the shelter side of the reef down to 20 meters. Interesting overhangs and under them deep inside lots to see. Current quite mild on the shelter side where started. Then crossed over to the other side and during crossing the current was against us and quite hard. Once we got to the current side, the others were low on air and went up, I continued with guide Nannu at about 12 meters. But it was quite hard to move and take photos as current was pushing a lot. After 60 min we also go up. Back to dhoni, Voyager and breakfast.
