5. 2021-06-18 D0811 Plus
5th dive of the trip.
The wind was picking up so decided to dive Plus again, as it is in a sheltered location and then spend the rest of the day and night in Mariehamn. Me and Rupert went diving Plus again, this time we took deco tanks with 50% so we could do some deco. We dived very fast to the front of the wreck at 32 m, then slowly back along the deck, gas changes at the line leading back to ascent line at 20 m. Then long multistage deco just for practice. The viz at the wreck was no longer so good.
After the dive Orbiit then continued to the west harbour of Mariehamn. We had to get more fresh water to the tanks. Also good opportunity for sightseeing on Friday evening. We went to the maritime museum to see the floating S/S Pommern, then some beers at terraces, pizza and late night on Orbiit that was moored to the pier.
